Early Head Start

Families receiving SNAP Benefits are now automatically eligible for Early Head Start!

CenClear’s Early Head Start program offers weekly home visits to pregnant women and children up to age 3. The Home Visitor and parent/primary caregiver develop a plan together that will help the child learn through daily parent-child interactions within the home environment. In addition, the Home Visitor helps to connect the family to information, support, and make connections to community resources.

Group socializations, made up of small groups of children, parents and their Home Visitors, are offered at least two times per month. Transportation is available. This is a federally-funded program, provided at no-cost to families with pregnant women, infants and toddlers up to age 3.
